This is a montage of images from videos shown on TV Ontario, CBC and RNews, Rochester to introduce viewers to the jazz images of Toronto photographer Paul Hoeffler. Paul studied Fine Art Photography at the Rochester Institute of Technology in the 1950s and began a career of documenting the jazz scene while completing an assignment suggested by one of his professors, the famous photographer Minor White.
